Feb. 12, 2025—Representatives from First Class Martial Arts visited the staff at Millsap Elementary School on Jan. 23 to officially announce their Adopt-a-School partnership with the campus.

CFISD’s Adopt-a-School program pairs schools with community organizations and business partners to utilize community resources to strengthen and enrich the quality of education for students.

Master Jiran Walker, owner of First Class Martial Arts, expressed his excitement for adopting Millsap.

“We are excited to partner with Millsap and continue to be positive role models for students in the community,” Master Walker said. “Don’t settle for ordinary when you can be First Class.”

Joy Dauphin, Millsap principal, expressed her gratitude for First Class Martial Arts adopting the campus.

“Our campus is thrilled to partner with First Class Martial Arts,” Dauphin said. “This adoption brings new energy, mentorship and opportunities for our students, and we’re excited to grow together. They are literally our next-door neighbors and have already provided love and encouragement to the Millsap community.”
